DeFi protocol Zunami lost $2.1 million in the exploit

Yield aggregator Zunami Protocol suffered a hack that resulted in the loss of $2.1 million in digital assets.

PeckShield analysts noted that the attack occurred due to price manipulation, which caused the incorrect calculation of asset rates. According to experts, the hacker has already channeled the stolen funds into the Tornado Cash mixer.

Representatives of the project added that the attack occurred on the zStables stablecoin protocol. The Zunami team recommended to refrain from buying zETH and UZD for a while.
